  8. I cant get these javascript hacks workin :/. I have wathced tutorials (copy the javascript line and paste it in url field) but when I paste the line to url field, my browser just keeps directing me to google. I have tried chrome and mozilla firefox.

    Its pretty good article.
    I want to get control on browser using Javascript like,
    "Once user entered a domain/keyword in addressbar and click enter - from JS i want to capture what user entered"

    I tried with location.href and all - But its redirecting with new URL whatever user entered.
